Jerky: Cut meat into 1/4″ strips and trim off all fat add 2 rounded tbs Smooth Moove /lb and mix very well,refrigerate for 8 hours before drying.

Brisket : Coat with Smooth Moove let stand for 2hours. Heavily smoke,fat side up 2-6hours,until the surface is dark in colour,recoat with Smooth Moove,seal in foil & bake at 300F until internal temp reaches 200F 

Ribs: Lightly coat with Smooth Moove let stand for 2 hours,smoke at low heat for 2 hours,recoat with Smooth Moove wrap in foil and bake for 2 hours at 275F.
